AOS & EAD June 2007 Filers

Was advised to make an InfoPass appt to enquire why i havent been scheduled for an interview yet for my AOS when i spoke to an IO in relation to my EAD last week.

Which option do i chose? I don't have a referral ID number that's asked for on option 4. Should i just chose one of the options on the first page listed as...You need information or other services?? because the option i would have chose...I need a service on an case already filed asks for referral ID blah blah etc

chelsea.and.john, do you really have to fill out another affidavit of support this late in the game? When did you start the new job??

MariaDane, don't know what to advise! Those automated systems just make my head swirl! (Yes maybe just put other services OR try calling USCIS again and requesting a referral ID number!)

well. i started my new job last month. so if they ask me if im still employed by the company listed on the affidavit they have, i gotta say no. best bet is to bring a new one with my new income so i can show them that if they ask. i DO have a co-sponsor (my dad) and i need him regardless of old job or new job. in my old job i made VERY little money, and with my new job, i make just a week bit more lol. but i figured it would be good for them to know of an increase!

Oh yep, good idea to give them the new affidavit IF they ask about your job.

As for me, due to a civil surgeon's office saying that MANY applicants are returning, needing the doc to sign off on the TB skin test reesults, I'm pretty worried. So far, all the docs I've contacted say we have to do a FULL medical exam before the doc signs a statement agreeing with the TB skin test results (which we did at a local govt health clinic). Monday will be another long day of phone calls. If the remaining docs also won't do it, we will have no choice but to schedule a full medical exam here, if they demand it at the interview.
