Just curious why my biometrics date is not showing here, I double checked my timeline and I have it filled in, (over a month ago).

I called USCIS but it was about my EAD...which was finally approved today The IO that i was talking to just happened to ask if i had been to my interview yet...until i told her i havent been scheduled for one yet she asked for my MSC# checked my case and told me my namecheck had been completed!! advised me to make an infopass appt to enquire about my case and when i'd be sent out an interview date for my AOS ....she didnt understand why i hadn't received it yet! because she says my local office is not backlogged that i should have had an interview date by now

Our interview is at 8:30 tomorrow morning. Husband and I are already in Philly, putting up in a hotel near the immigration office so that we could be early in the morning. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers for a successful interview t'row.

Okey-dokey, I thought you were using some sort of search function on the timelines search to get the data, (odd how extended search features exist for the visa stage but not the AOS stage). At any rate, I just thought maybe my timeline was not properly updated on the system.

As fate would have it, I went to the mailbox today and low and behold we got the notices for the interviews for my wife and stepdaughter. My wifes appointment is for 1pm and my 8 year old step daughter is for 2pm... seems kind of odd having a seperate time for an 8 year old, should they be at the same time?

Ya sheesh! It's not like Scotland is a 3rd world or 'high risk' country... I should think yours would be one of the ones that gets forwarded to the CSC with no interview necessary. At least I see you finally got your EAD, congrats! (We did not apply for the EAD, just figured we'd wait for the green card).

Ya i know! Its not like i'm stuck in namechecks or anything like that...my namecheck is back and completed! I'm eligible for a 10 yr GC so I will more than likely be gettin an interview, if they ever get around to sending me one out
