Already been to InfoPass latoslatos

unfortunately the IO there messed up big time...... i had forgotten to put my A# on my EAD application so while i was that the IO included it in the email.

When i called USCIS yesterday i asked how i had got that A# and i was puzzled why I was asked, she told me that, that A# belongs to someone from Honduras. UGHHHHH....so i was asked to repeat it.....it didnt match the one sent by the IO at my InfoPass.....seems the IO at my InfoPass typed it wrong and because of her error its held up my EAD approval, it should have been approved last week!!

CSC was contacted again yesterday though with correct A# and i was told my EAD would be Adjudicated ASAP!! fingers crossed

Note from experience: ALWAYS BE SURE TO CHECK WHAT THEY TYPE! Often they make mistakes!! We didn't check our SSN and after coming home saw on the receipt that they spelled my hubby's name wrong. It caused weeks delay in getting the correct SSN. When we got married too, they typed his name wrong on the marriage certificate! Luckily we noticed it immediately and it was corrected then and there. We learned our lesson to check and double check before walking out of the office!!

thought I tell about our interview in San Francisco. We arrived alittle too early. they only allow you inside 30 mins before the interview. remember they don't allow cells with cam inside the building. my wife forgot she had it inside her purse, so had to return to our car to leave it there.

Once we were inside, sitting in the waiting area, it must have been no more than 10 mins when the adjudicator approached us and said, you must be Yasmin... My wife, daughter and I went back into his office. we asked if it would be possible for our daughter, who has an interview scheduled on Oct 11th. He asked if the applications had been submitted together. I said they were. he wondered why the interview wasn't scheduled the same day. I explained we received an RFE and what it was requestd. he said we shouldn't recieved the RFE for what was requested and would look into where our daughter's physical files were.

While going through my wifes physical file, he asked her question like have you ever been deported, arrested...

as far as relationship questions, he only asked only one... I see you were married on April... my wife and I answered 21st at the same time. good thing I got it roght or my wife would have

other questions, he asked each one of us one... he asked me about my job, he asked my wife about her reserve service in the Philippines and our daughter how old she was. thats all the questions we were asked.

he then asked if we had any joint documents. we gave a copy of our joint savings account and put it in her file. he didn't ask for anything else. then he had my wife sign something in her file.

after about a minute or so, he told my wife in about a week you'll be receiving a welcome letter. my wife asked, does that mean I'm approved. he replied yes you are...

he then looked into our daughters case. the physical file was not at the office yet, so there wasn't anything he could do today. he said he would yrt to get the interview waived if it arrived in enough time before the interview. he told us about removing condtions, then said why dont you go ahead and go get some lunch...

Hi guys,

As you may already know, our interview is next Wednesday morning. We are getting everything ready and would appreciate extra pair of eyes going over this list. Any suggestions and feedback are truly appreciated.

1) Complete copy of I-130, I-484, I-765 and I-131 application package.

2) Current EAD card (through AOS) + 2 copies.

3) F-1 OPT EAD card (expired) + 2 copies.

4) Original foreign birth certificate + Notarized translated BC + 2 copies each.

5) Spouse's USC birth certificate + 2 copies.

6) Spouse's driver's licence + 2 copies.

7) Spouse's social security card + 2 copies.

8) My passport, I-94 + copies of each + bio page + visa page

9) IRS transcripts for 2004, 2005 and 2006 for me (I did not send this at the time of application, but requested just in case.)

10) Spouse's paystub for the past 2 months + 2 copies each. (Spouse makes less than the amount to file taxes, therefore no IRS transcripts).

11) My paystub for the past 2 months + 2 copies each.

12) Letter(s) from our employers stating nature of employments etc. (send along in the application.)

Supporting evidence for a bona-fide marriage:

1) Marriage cert.

2) Last 2 month's joint checking account bank statements.

3) 35-40 pictures taken between 2000 to 2007.

4) Flight boarding pass of spouse when he visited me in my country in 2003 and copies of entry stamp passport pages (we do not have his passport handy at the moment, therefore will not be having it for the interview).

5) Joint health insurance from the state (my employer) for me and spouse confirmation statement.

6) Health insurance cards.

7) Debit check cards for our joint checking account.

8) Spouse as 50% beneficiary of my life insurance. (My father is the other beneficiary).

9) Spouse as 100% beneficiary of my pension plan in case I kick the bucket.

10) Envelopes of letters and cards sent between us from 2000 - 2004 showing dates (when we were in different countries).

11) Amtrak travel ticket stubs for all my travels to visit my spouse in New Jersey this year since I am in DE for the time being. (He drives here, so we don't have any evidence to show that,though).

12) Shared cell phone account. (No other utilities since we live in diff. places at the moment, I'm definitely moving to NJ early next year).

13) Affidavit of support from his maternal cousin testifying on the validity of our marriage.

14) Email correspondence to potential graduate advisors in a university in New Jersey for my fall 2008 enrollment and GRE exam registration confirmation email.

Looking good, bobby_DE! I compared it to my own list, just wondering did you send in the W2's before? I made more copies just in case and will bring them to the interview - they are always asking for W2s!

Also TB skin test, did you have it done just in case? We did.

All else looks good and is really thorough; I'm sure you guys will do great!
