I'm getting worried too, no interview date yet....i just got off the phone with USCIS about my EAD and i happened to mention about whether i had been scheduled for an interview date yet....so she went and checked, none yet,......... but she did mention my namecheck had been completed! also advised me to make an InfoPass to find out when i would be scheduled for an interview!

Not sure how long it takes to get your greencard if your approved at your interview!

Hello all.

We just finished our interview this morning. The good news is that the interview was pretty easy -- mostly he asked us to confirm basic info from our application like date of birth, parents' names, date & place of marriage, etc. Nothing difficult or contentious at all.

The bad news is that our FBI name check hasn't been completed. We've read some threads here about problems with the name check, so we're a little worried. The officer confirmed that it's basically an indeterminate amount of time -- it could be 2 weeks, 2 months, or a year before it's complete.

No such luck latoslatos...my congressmans aide called me today with some bad news....unfortunately CSC told her that according them i am NOT outside the 90 days, they are counting the 90 days from when they received my biometrics from Omaha which was July 12th that i should hear something within 30 days or so. This is just so unfair!! 106 days and counting

OK. It may be a futile attempt, but perhaps if you haven't done this yet, it could be another option. The experpt is directly from the NE filed office on the USCIS website:

If USCIS does not approve or deny your Form I-765, Employment Authorization Document (EAD) application within 90 days, or within 30 days for an asylum applicant, you may request an Interim EAD (Note: Asylum applicants are only eligible to file for EADs after waiting 150 days from the date of properly filing their original completed asylum applications). To request an Interim EAD, you must schedule an appointment via INFOPASS to go to your local USCIS office. You must bring, to the office, proof of your identity and any documents that USCIS has sent to you regarding your Employment Authorization application.
