No such luck latoslatos...my congressmans aide called me today with some bad news....unfortunately CSC told her that according them i am NOT outside the 90 days, they are counting the 90 days from when they received my biometrics from Omaha which was July 12th that i should hear something within 30 days or so. This is just so unfair!! 106 days and counting

No such luck latoslatos...my congressmans aide called me today with some bad news....unfortunately CSC told her that according them i am NOT outside the 90 days, they are counting the 90 days from when they received my biometrics from Omaha which was July 12th that i should hear something within 30 days or so. This is just so unfair!! 106 days and counting

OMG. That is HORRIBLE. Put it this way, they know that you've been waiting, and if these people have any semblance of decency, they will expidite your EAD. Geezus... 106 days is an exorbitant amount of time. Waiting for the day you get it, which will be in the near future.

Best of luck to you, Maria&Dane. It will come, as sure as the sun rises tomorrow... a late sunrise, but still...

On August 31, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On August 31, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you.
