same thing with my wife's EAD card. emails; Aug 16th card production ordered, Aug 22nd card production ordered, Aug 27th approval notice sent. the next day, the actual card arrived in the mail. :D

Have you had the biometrics for the AOS done yet? It's not clear in your timeline. Biometrics are a requirement to have the Card, so whether they say you are accepted or not you should go.

Unless it's just for your EAD, in which case I honestly don't know.

Check your biometrics appointment notice: what does it say: just I-765 or that & I-485? Just in case I would go so they have no reason to say you aren't following the procedure.

08.2006: Entered with a B-2 visa.

07.06.07: Civil Wedding

07.17.2008 AOS approved with interview. It took 367 Days!

Yeah, same thing here...i got another email from USCIS dated September 1st. Anyway, my EAD biometrics schedule is on September 8, shopuld i still go? What should i do??

Have you had the biometrics for the AOS done yet? It's not clear in your timeline. Biometrics are a requirement to have the Card, so whether they say you are accepted or not you should go.

Unless it's just for your EAD, in which case I honestly don't know.

Check your biometrics appointment notice: what does it say: just I-765 or that & I-485? Just in case I would go so they have no reason to say you aren't following the procedure.

You didn't have a biometrics date on your timeline, so it's hard to tell (you might want to :time:). I still think you should go, even if it's just EAD so you don't risk them to say that you gave up on it or something. Or else try to talk to an agent and see what they say... I guess it all depends on how far you are from your local office, if you're close it's that much less to worry about.

:dance::dance: Hubby and I went out of town for the Labor Day weekend and got a good surprise when we get back..He received his EAD card today !!! :thumbs: Weird coz when I checked USCIS case status online,it was last touched on 6/29...Oh well,doesn't really matter much right now. Both of us are really happy that he can finally get out there and find a job. :dance::dance: Hope you all had a good long weekend!
