Question... I'm assuming hubby's EAD and AP won't be touched again since his greencard is going to be mailed soon, right? If so, what do I do with the EAD/AP section of my timeline? I don't want to skew the "your petition should be approved by" section of other people's timelines.

Hi all

Congrats so much with all the approvals lately.

I can't tell how devastated we are here in our home.

Our lawyer did a second mistake with sending our new EAD to the wrong place.

Right now I can't say anything I am just so so sad.

I can tell you that without my husbands permission I will fire our lawyer after our Adjustment of status is done. We have paid him up til this point. Every thing he do wrong he gotta pay uptil now. So our sadness is only that we have to wait another 3- 6 month until I can start work.

It's such a hard time to go through when I already knew the lawyer was wrong.

My husband thought I was wrong because I am the foreign and maybe not so good to understand the english very well.

But I realize I am better than I even thought myself

I'd think after paying so much money you should expect to get excellent service but that is not the case. In fact whenever I hear about lawyers, they are only causing mistakes, trouble and delay.

Though you could have done it perfectly and faster yourself, it was not meant to be. What to do? It wasn't in your hands. Maybe the mistake will not cause too much of a delay. All our prayers are with you for a really fast approval!

Congrats to May filer Erichu on their approval Aug 29th. nice to see another Davao lady with an approval.

after all, Davao is the best, except for one thing, Durian.

Yazi thinks it's yummy also. as they say tastes like heaven smells like hell. I agree with the smells like hell I was the for kadayawan in 2005. really enjoyed it. SM Mall was more crowded than malls here the days before Christmas. enjoyed the street dancing and float parade. Yazi was missing not being ther this year.
