ok just to give everyone an update on our RFE...I tried to make an infopass appt...did not have luck...so I called them up...talked to a woman who said she did not have record of our RFE in her system...have to say I am not suprized, ( when I look up the status of the K1 it is still pending ) anyway she said for me to write a letter and include a copy of our tracking information and a print out of the delivery conformation. I guess that is what we will do...what other choice do we have???

Hello Ana, Yes i tried to called them twice and they said the same thing like call back if I will not receive the biometrics sched. I will do infopass appointment by next week so I hope they will give me the right answer .

07-18-07 - case transferred to CSC

07-19-07 - touch

07-23-07 - application received at CSC

07-24-07 - touch (07-25-07, 07-27-07 & 07/28/07 - touch)

07/31/07 - card production ordered & welcome letter

08/06/07 - got my GC... yepeeeey (67 days from NOA1)

it looks like you got the GC around two (2 1/2) weeks after they transferred it to CSC! That's great news for you as well as the rest of us waiting!

So AFTER all of our troubles the last few days...

I got an email that said the EAD was approved an production ordered... ok... I am not going to question...I am just going to go with it
