I noticed your NOA1 date is like mine, 6/4/07.. I hope I will get mine soon too.. But you are at Denver, I am at Newark CIS office:( Anyone else has NEWARK, NJ as their CIS office among June/May Filers?

I have no clue why our check hasnt been cashed yet..no NOA1 either. We sent our application through UPS last June 1st. Do we need to call someone from USCIS to ask them about our application? Im starting to get worried.

If I remember correctly UPS doesn't deliver to P.O. Boxes.(If you sent to the Chicago Lock Box) You might want to give them(UPS) a call and check on this. Packages to USCIS should be sent via USPS (United States Postal Service) along with tracking and as a certified package so that someone there has to sign an acceptance of delivery receipt. This would verify that they have received and accepted your package.

I just got my boimetrics appointment letter today.

the notice date is: 6/08/2007

Biometrics appointment: 06/30/2007, 3:00 pm SATURDAY

Did you know that they work Saturdays?

By the way, does my spouse have to come with me?

We filed our AOS on June 13, received at Chicago on June 14. Here's hoping and praying for an expeditious run through government red tape. Best of luck everyone.

Update! To include celikkanat, Pugnacious, Leney and latoslatos in our List.

Congrats celikkanat on your biometrics appointment... my understanding is that, not necesarily your wife. as long as there's someone who can bring you there and can assist you if you need someone to complete your worksheet. pls read at the bottom of your appointment letter. hope it helps

Pugnacious, did you use Express mail? If so, you can check it thru the usps website if they already got your papers... goodluck.
