We got that notice on July 11th and today we got this notice

Hi June Filers,

I am curious why some people get transferred without interview and why some have interviews?

For the people that have been transferred did you submit evidence of Bonified Marriage or not with your I-130 application?

First of all, is that what the transfer means? No interview? I'm still baffled why many people here are congratulated when they're transferred.

Second, I'm imagining that I submitted the same paperwork as anyone else who is coming off a K-1 visa and seeking an AOS: certified copy of our civil marriage certificate.

I'd be happy if some of the others out there with more knowledge would pitch in on this issue.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We got our interview date in the mail today!!!!! September 18th at 12pm!!!!!!!! I'm completely shocked! I honestly thought it would be hugely delayed because of our RFE! WOOHOO!!!!!!!! :dance::lol::goofy::dancing:
