AOS & EAD June 2007 Filers

I hope it will be ok. Might be an idea to post a separate thread about this, so that people who know more about this stuff can read it (I'm not sure many 'old hands' read the monthly filer threads!)... I'm just worried that because your lawyer chose (a) (6), there might be a problem... I hope not, though.

Aha, just saw your other post... I thought you were saying that the lawyer filed the EAD application to CSC, but from that post it looks as though they filed to your 'local office' (ie not the California Service Center)...? I don't know anything at all about doing it that way, but... hopefully someone will know whether or not there will be a problem with this! Good luck & fingers crossed... I hope the lawyer knows what they're doing!

I received my NOA1 for AOS and EAD and when I try to add at the USCIS Website my receipt number is invalid.

Any idea ?

Lots of people have asked this (even on this very thread!)... you just need to wait a bit, it might take a few days for the receipt numbers to get into the system. Keep trying, eventually they'll work.

Just wanted to update our situation since I haven't posted in a bit...

A couple weeks ago, we received an RFE for our AOS. We mailed the necessary info back on 6/28. Today the online info has been updated for AOS indicating that they received what we sent and are processing it again.

Still no touches on anything else since 6/20...

I got an RFE for AOS as well and sent it back the same day as you did, and i'm still patiently waiting on them updating my online portfolio to say they received what i sent them and that they have resumed processing my AOS again.

Meanwhile they've put my EAD on hold as well according to what was in the RFE letter

Today we received our Biometrics appointment letter for AOS and EAD, for July 18, 2007.

We just got our NOA1's for Robin and Luz. Looks like we need to be in the July filers. NOA1 date is July 2.
