Oh, I have another question. I (the wife) will be driving my husband out there as he doesn't have a driver's license yet... how does it work when we get there? Will I be allowed in the building with him?

Hi Angilla,

Yes, Angilla they will let you go in with your husband.

My father-in-law took me to my biometrics appt as he was my means of transportation and they let him in. so Yes, they will let you in. Just remember NOT to take any cell phones, camera's or any other photographic equipment into the building because they will take it from you.

I just realized his case number for AOS is on this biometrics notice so I added it to the online case status thing... they're saying they sent out a NOA1 for that on June 26th, too... which we didn't receive yet. I think I'll ask my landlord to check and make sure she didn't miss one when she brought down our other two. :huh: If not, hopefully it just got separated in the mail and will show up soon...

I wouldnt worry about it, mail often sent out together from USCIS often gets separated so i'm sure it will turn up soon, i know i waited up to 2 weeks for my NOA1 for my AOS so it will turn up when your not looking for it.

I have finally receievd my NOA!!! :energetic: What a relief... ufffff.... I have been waiting for it since June 18! However, it's only NOA for I-485 and my package also included the application for EAD. Hopefully, my second NOA will be here soon. Now I have another question to you, guys: I wanted to check my case status online but when I entered my receipt number it was not valid. Could you tell me how soon I can start checking my case online?

WOOHOO got another NOA in the mail today! Dated the same as my first NOA, June 27th. This one is for my husbands EAD so that means ive recieved NOAs for EAD and I-130! YAY! I just knew something would come today....santa claus came! :lol:
