As for us, still waiting. Our district office is quite slow. Processing 485 applications from October 2006. :dead:

Finally on this Thursday Oct 11th the AOS process will end for us. that will be our daughter's interview day.

best of luck for all those waiting for their AOS process to come to an end. :thumbs:

Hi ~Ana~ I just noticed the date for Anna Sif's interview is the 7th??? thats a sunday, so i checked the timeline.....the interview date is 10/09/07
Pugnacious was approved, there was a separate thread!

Thanks MariaDane... me bad, i didn't notice it was sunday (tom) :blush: and i checked Anna Sif's post, yes it was right, was :sleepy: maybe when i firt posted it hehe sorry...

I still come in, just not as much. In order to keep myself from going insane by waiting on the namecheck, I've been staying away from all things immigration. We are just focusing on John's drivers liscence and getting him a job. If I came on here everyday, I'd be a basketcase. I know that we've been waiting hardly anytime compared to others, but I'm terrified of that potential two year wait, so I'm trying to just back off because I am a major worrywort!

This is exactly how it got to be for me. I became obsessed for a while, and it just annoyed the ####### outta my hubby who is much less high strung than me lol It'll be done sooner than you realise! The driving permit and getting a job definitly took attention away from all the immigration stuff for both of us. I still stop in, and I'll still be worried until the GC's are in our hands, but I've tried limiting my forum hopping as to not worry too much or annoy the hubby hehe

Looks like there aren't many people in here anymore after the GC.

I try to come on when I can, but unfortunately that's not often. We're moving to Florida in less than two weeks so things are insane, and it's a rather sad time in our lives so it's emotionally draining too.

Congrats to everyone who's gotten EADs and GCs, and a few kicks to MSC/CSC for those who are still waiting.
