Hi, I am using NSC. Your 10 yrs visa should be in hand already if you submitted I-751 back in June since they are processing September one right now, but you did the biometrics in this year, April so I am not sure how biometrics affects your status. I submitted my documents back in the beginning of Nov and did biometrics in Dec. Have you called NSC? Maybe you should...

hi megumi

i did't call yet to NCS

my NOA says

Application Type: CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED

Current Status: Case received and pending.

On March 15, 2007, we received this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when yours will be done. This case is at our NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER location.

as paper work said at marc 15,2007 they rececived my file , when they start to process jun /2006 file so i got my biometric already

I'll let you know if i got any action so keep update together .

thanks

Ohh I didn't know it said so on yours, they received I-751 on March 15th, it sucks and I don't know why it doesn't say "June 2006" when you really sent them to NSC. Seems like they consider they received your documents way after you submitted, it's strange. Because I did Biometrics in Dec, but mine said "On November 9, 2006, we received this CRI89 PETITION TO....." which is exactly when they received, you know. But no worries, I will let you know when my status changes too!
