How fast you get an interview is a function of how busy your local field office is.  There's nothing to be frustrated about.  There a ton of other people in the later month who haven't received their interviews because of how busy their local field office is.

Oh man don’t even get me started. I’m so frustrated. My case is ready to schedule since Sept 18 and I was sure my FO is not busy. It’s just so annoying. But what can we do? Just have to be patient and wait...

just letting you know you’re not alone.

I have been waiting since 08/21 and I just stop thinking about it , my office is super busy so I got to be patient 😕

Hang in there! I feel your pain. Two people from my same office and the similar dates to ours were scheduled last week and people into July already have their interviews (I won't read past that) and here I am refreshing our status every 30 seconds to see if it changes. Idk why but I found this wait harder than the K1. I appreciate wholeheartedly that he gets to be here during this process, but waiting for his paperwork while he sits at home frustrated because he's in limbo is like watching paint dry. Literally everything we want to plan out has a tentative date of "when he gets his green card".

Last 2016, my husband and her ex wife filed their tax together. (status: marriage filing joint)

On AOS application, in  I 864 form income tax reported for 2016,2017,2018 with tax transcript needs to be provided.

Do we need to include my husband’s ex-wife salary too? or we can just write his total income tax and exclude the other?

Thank you❤️

Send 2016 joint and w-2's of his income...

Finally done...

I got the physical card last week, it will come soon. It seems like the USCIS processing times are inflated. It was very odd that from one week to the other the wait times doubled in almost every office of the country.

I tried the "Live Chat" option on the USCIS website just for kicks. The rep didn't directly answer my question - I asked if the AOS application was at the local office yet. Their response was that "Processing times for this case are 7.5 - 15 months". I believe that means that it is at the field office, otherwise they wouldn't have been able to quote a processing time (since it varies so much from office to office). However, the processing time quoted is different that what it shows on the website for my local office (8 - 18 months).

Didn't really learn much of anything but it is interesting. If we're on the "7.5 months" end of the processing time quoted we'll be happy (as long as we get the EAD before that).
