We've already gotten our interview letter in the mail, but informed delivery shows another letter from USCIS today, maybe it's the work permit!!

Update: It was not the work permit, only a second notification for interview, as I made an inquiry before we received the first one.

Informed delivery is through the United States postal service, you can sign up your address and you can see your mail by email before it's delivered.

The website has issues I couldn't singn up

Yes it keeps saying this page isn't working

It's working for me. Maybe, it's down in your area and you'll be able to access it later.  I just checked the outage map on Down Detector, and USPS has widespread outages. Try again later.

USCIS is very clear on the fact they want the tax forms (1040) with all attached schedules (W-2s, 1099s, etc) OR the tax transcript. Sending both is overkill, but if you send your tax form and it is missing any schedules you will get an RFE.

A W-2 alone is not sufficient the Affidavit of Support. I always recommend using the tax transcript(s) because a) its less paper b) you don't have to include any other documentation and c) it proves you filed your taxes.

You are correct ! for both my K1 visa and now the AOS I have sent 1040 form for 2017 and 2018 tax report from my husband, we have not had any issues whatsoever, we actually didn't include the W2s.

Is anybody from Phoenix area?  I know that many of us stayed in the "Ready to be scheduled for an interview" status, but it has been a month and no interview has been scheduled, I guess I am getting anxious and would like it to happen faster :)

Another question is, how do I know how backlog is now these days for my office?
