Just have to get 2 more passport photos and our AOS packet is ready to go!

Out of curiosity, is anyone else using the form G-1450 (Authorization for Credit Card Transactions) for payment rather than check/money order? I used this form for the I-129F payment as well since I don't have checks for my bank account.

I did, sent in the package yesterday.

We're in the process of putting all the evidence together for my wife's I-485 right now.  Most is coming together well.  Just a couple questions that I'm uncertain about.  On the opening list, it states "Copy of DS-3025."  Is that the medical examination information?  As I looked through the instructions for it, I saw that the medical stuff is required.  My wife was given her vaccination documentation worksheet and a disc in her packet, but nothing else.  Is that all that is required?  Has anyone else gotten a disc from their medical examination in their home country?

Secondly, for the Tax Returns required for the I-864 . . . Can you submit the copies you receive from the company that does them?  Such as H&R Block?  I have all my tax returns, but they have that ugly "DO NOT FILE" printed across certain pages.  They all have the required information for my return, however.  Would those work to submit, or should I try to get tax returns directly from IRS (which I noted they say in the instructions you don't have to do)?

Those are the two that most concern me right now.  Thanks for your help!

The vaccination record should be 2 pages and says DS-3025 in the bottom somewhere. It is also signed or stamped by the panel physician, is that what she has?

I'm not sure about the tax return thing, but we requested them from the IRS website to be safe.

Thank you for pointing out where it says DS-3025!  That is indeed what she has.  It's a front-back, 2-page form, so that's good!

When you request from the IRS website, you get a digital copy, or do they send it to you by mail?

Well perhaps I was not going to get my notifications never.. today thanks to @beloved_dingo I realized that I have forgotten to include the form for e-messages G-1145, and also more copies of passport, I-94 and 4 photos .. so today I hurried up and got all prepared, and now the supplement documents are on their way to be delivered tomorrow in Chicago. Please pray this is not going to delay my process that much :( I feel very dumb.

You should try giving them a call so at least you have your case numbers if they already assigned them. :) that will give you peace of mind.

I'm a little concerned. USPS priority mail tracking shows delivered on May 31 to USCIS PO Box 805887, Chicago IL 60680 but now it's June 12 and still no charge on the credit card :(

Ours was delivered May 29 USPS and still nothing either. Very frustrating. I would call and ask for a service request to be put in to figure out why it hasn't been processed. That's what we did.

Seems like a generic answer from the call center? Did they seem to confirm your name and details and other specifics?

When I mailed four different I-130 packages back in January 2018, the credit card was charged within 2 business days. 7 business days after card charge I didn't receive case numbers by email/text ### requested in the G1145 but when I called they were able to provide all 4 case numbers.

All datapoints I've seen is a very fast charge to the credit card
