My husband would 100% agree with your statements.  He has always worked and provided for himself, and for a long time for me and our son.  Being down to one income... he's at his wits end and just wants to contribute to society!  He was taking our son for long walks but it is too hot in Texas right now to have the baby out.

I will say that our house is always clean and dinner is cooked when I get home from work - which I appreciate so much!  I may be sad when he is able to work 😂  Spoiled rotten!

LOL my husband says the same thing to me, he has really enjoyed having me be able to do all the extra stuff during the day so on days off or evenings we have quality time together. Luckily for him when I am able to work and get my business going down here I'll still have a flexible schedule!

Anyone from June got their EAD yet???

I don’t think so. However some people get their interviews scheduled or at the very least, got a status “ready to be scheduled”.

At the same time I checked on USCIS case tracker (available on iOS) a wide range of cases (search feature), and found out that many people got their status change if their MSC number is MSC199127.... but those ones who are later than this, got nothing yet. That’s very frustrating to be honest.

Better than nothing, though, looks like on average the processing times now are much better than even a year ago.

Still long and long wait and prayers for the best.

Maybe a dumb question but...if my husband's medical packet was taken at the point of entry and not returned, why would it be listed to bring to the adjustment interview?

Damn damn damn it’s just so annoying! I don’t wanna sound like a complete douche but I am just getting so excited and when nothing happens it frustrates me, because not being able to work or travel is just really annoying.

Im truly happy for those lucky ones getting their updates, it just raised my expectations too high.

Sorry couldn’t help commenting on this *crying*

Don’t worry Nadya I feel the same especially when I see dates beyond mine with interviews scheduled. We are human.

It is annoying, and getting stressful. Our NOA1 date is June 10 and biometrics was on July 9. Our status changed, soon after, to "Fingerprint ReviewWas  Completed" and hasn't changed since. I anticipate you and we will get some good news soon.

Similar to you my noa1 date is June 14 and biometrics updated to the same on same date July 9. I’m getting stressed.

Ok unsure if this is good or bad for me my number being MSC199117.....

Hi! Thank you for your kind words and support. Trust me, I share your frustration too.

After analyzing case numbers and info from this forum, it seems to me that it’s not true that USCIS processes cases in the order they receive them (as it says on the website). All this statistics is very random, showing they process cases in some other order, but not in the way they received them. So yeah, getting too excited about being scheduled for the interview very soon was wrong, alas.

Is the case number MSC 199127 assign to different local offices ? Because according to what you say my case should have changed lol.

Nope there is no way to find out it’s just a wide range of different cases. And like I said many people but not really everyone or a lot of. You can check out yourself.

USCIS works pretty random, deff not in the way they received petitions. I tried different ranges of cases and found very different results. But it seems to me that this part of case number I mentioned is basically the first one in which some people get at least some updates.

Anyway it doesn’t make anything clear, it’s just I have nothing else to do while not being able to work or travel lol so I play with USCIS case tracker search lol

We tried contacting the senator (or whoever is in charge of responding to these requests) in order to get a bit of help on the matter. They said that USCIS processes cases by state (for the green card, at least) and not in the order that they receive them. Which feels very unfair in my opinion. Someone from another state could get their Green Card way before you, despite sending their petition much later. There has to be a valid reason for this I assume, but it is still very annoying.
