The P.O. Box that DHS uses in Lee's Summit has the zip code of 64002 so I suspect it did end up in the right place.

Frustrated because the new site hasn’t updated at all for me from case received and people with noa1 dates after mine are getting interviews scheduled.

I was stuck in administrative processing for 69 days with my k1 visa and it took getting a senator involved to get my approval. Hope I’m not stuck again on background checks.

Our NOA1 date is two days before yours, and the new site updated to "fingerprint review completed" after biometrics. The old site hasn't updated all since "fingerprint fee received". During our I-129F wait, they updated inconsistently. I wouldn't get worried yet. I'm sure yours and ours will come soon.

I absolutely understand how you feel :(

Back when we were waiting for our I-129F to be approved, we were wayyyyy beyond the usual response time. We kept sending inquiries about it and getting the senator involved, but we were met with "Please call back in X days".

When I finally got my approval letter, we were approved back in early August 2018, but they crossed out that date and wrote down November 1st, our actual approval date. It was incredibly frustrating to see everyone around us being approved despite my husband and I never being married before, no children, no criminal history, nothing. To this day I still don't know what was the cause of the huge delay.

Looks like we're stuck in the same boat yet again. But I really hope it's not the case!

(Also, unrelated, but @KelsJosh, it just occurred to me that we had our interview for the K-1 Visa on the same day! I was the very first in line :) )

haha that is too funny,! I looked at your timeline and see yours took a month longer than our I129f - Crazy frustrating how inconsistent they are - My husband is a Veteran so I am wondering if that's what delayed us on background checks or something... neither of us have criminal records or anything🤷‍♂️... so odd, guess just luck of the draw ! Fingers crossed this step is much quicker on average lol!!

Yesterday, the website didn’t let me see the status and this is the update today!

How can it be so quick?? It’s been 86 days only since we applied! We are from Miami (Hialeah office for biometrics, but still) and I heard it usually takes very long to get scheduled here.

I can’t believe the news! Feels kind of scary now 😅

Would somebody please navigate me where do I look for what to prepare for an interview?

Thanks!

No update for either I-131 or I-765.

This is awesome congrats!!!!

My k1 process was a mess too. Despite I wasn’t put on AP and got my visa literally 2 days after the interview, getting to the interview was a nightmare because the embassy in my country was shut down right after I scheduled my interview. My case was left “in the air”  and took me many emails and phone calls with different embassies in South America to get one to accept my case, all of that Before my noa2 expiration date.  And then I was roasted at my interview because the CO didn’t understand The accent from my country and  kept asking me the same questions up to 4 times. My interview was almost 2 hours phew 😅

Hopefully, everything will go great for all of us 🤞🏼

Congratulations, how did they notify you? Your bio appointment was same day as mine , noa1 date 10 days after.
