Make sure to include translation for her birth certificate if it's in Spanish.

And, for your security, I wouldn't share your personal case numbers freely (even your past ones).

I thought about that, any idea how to get her Spanish birth certificate translated?  I was thinking of using Google Translate...

I got mine Hindi language birth certificate translated by a translator back in my country and  then i got it notorized as well...that was for K1 visa...depends on what you need that for...mostly they asked for notorized translation for official use...

As above, 2 per each form that the non-USC (beneficiary) fills out. 2 for i-485, 2 for i-131 and 2 for i-765.

Additionally, I also included a marriage certificate with each application. Not sure if this is required, but I changed my last name and wanted to be safe.

Form I-693 Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record should go with the i-485.

Good luck!

Our package was delivered last Thusday (June 6). Last night my husband told me that they charged us the fee however so far we didn't get any messages that they received our package. I used to think that they charge for application and notify the same day 🙄

Just have to get 2 more passport photos and our AOS packet is ready to go!

Out of curiosity, is anyone else using the form G-1450 (Authorization for Credit Card Transactions) for payment rather than check/money order? I used this form for the I-129F payment as well since I don't have checks for my bank account.
