It was you who has the SSN troubles with the insurance right? Sorry to hear about that, and now this non-existent time slot for your biometrics. I hope they fix it for you tomorrow.

Hello group, today I have checked my cases status and the AOS says that USCIS sent an RFE doc yesterday :(  I really don't understand their logic. Met my husband 20 years ago, we were in contact all these years and dated for a year in 2010 but he was out in Iraq working,  two years ago we reunited and decided we were meant to be and yet USCIS always requests more evidence, for both the K1 visa and now the AOS... hope my case doesn't delay too much for this little issue.

Many April fliers received RFE for birth certificate (even they said it was sent with the package), so I don’t think it has anything with the proof of your relationship. At least they’re working on your case!

What’s your NOA1 date by the way?

Honestly I would not be surprise if I receive RFE as well (hope sooner than later).
