I'm sorry you have to go through all that. I would call again. It sounds like the person you spoke to doesn't know very much. Granted, most of them don't but sometimes you get some really helpful ones who know the ins and outs.

Any updates yet ?

Mine was delivered June 19th and its 20 days today still no check cashed ,no emails , no text . kinda make me worried . Better late than USCIS losing it ....... Mine was sent by usps  to chicago lockbox . People who sent by Fedex to dearborn address  already got their receipts

I would suggest starting calling USCIS hotline and looking for a good operator to create a request, because USCIS replied to me today but they said since I allegedly didnt provide the operator with the info about me, they cant find my case. But i did! this operator just didnt do their job.

I sent a message to them through the website and also emailed to lockbox support. Let's see what is gonna happen. I wouldnt wait especially if your visa expires soon because you're gonna be out of status then.

Create a USCIS online account first (trust me it may be very helpful on the updates on your case than their case tracker. Had this experience with K-1 petititon).

Pick other when they ask you about the form.
May it is useless idk but I keep using all the possible resources.
P.S. Waited 28 minutes on the line. Called the second operator. She created a request for me and told me to wait 30 days. These tier 1 operators know nothing they work by scripts, maximum what they can do is to make a request (and hope they will fill in your info correctly. The operator I called yesterday didnt fill in basically anything in the inquiry form).
They also gave me a request referral number, that what could help with calling them again about the request. Make sure your operator took all the possible info from you (offer more info to them sometimes they dont even ask for it) and ask for this referral number.
Does anyone know how to get to tier 2 operator directly? Idk what to do because USCIS hotline hasnt been helpful so far.
Give you an update if i find out anything else.

Thanks! Didn't know a second website existed! https://my.uscis.gov/account/applicant shows 'Fingerprint Review Was Completed' on July 2nd and 4th, not sure why it's listed twice. But https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus just shows it as "Fingerprint Fee Was Received"

Biometrics, in Elizabeth NJ, was today. My advice, if you should have to go there, is to ignore your appointment time and get there at opening. You will still have to wait in line according to arrival and you will still have to pick a number and wait until it's called. Your actual appointment time means nothing. We got there an hour early, only because we had allowed time for traffic and, although the actual process is pretty quick, we didn't get out of there until three hours later. Anyway, we're glad it's done! Another step in this journey is behind us!

Had mine yesterday 1.5 hr drive and same system updated now the background checks and paperwork checks and indefinitely long wait. Our status says national benefits centre are processing our case not Oklahoma field office yet which I don’t know if this is usual?

Biometrics done yesterday, drove 5 am and got to Phoenix at 7 am, they were very kind, my appointment was at 9 am, but I was out way before that.

Status has updated just now! :D  an officer reviewing and they will let me know if they need anything else. I guess that is what all updates say.

I have to mention everything is going smooth, in the beginning I panicked with the lead time of receipt #s, yet NOAs never arrived, but all seems to be fine... good luck all!! we are all on the same boat!!

I have the same message 😛

that means USCIS sent you a letter like NOA1 but for some reason the mail sent back to USCIS.

For me, my husband's PO box was expired and NOA1 for AP couldn't be delivered to us.

you need to wait for 30 days from the day the letter was sent and file for another copy.

probably you will get an email with instruction for the request process

03/14/2018 I-129f Petition sent

Mine was also an hour away and I took a gamble. The lady originally told me they couldn't take me and I explained how I lived an hour away so they decided to let me have my appointment that day. It could be worth it but only if you're willing to drive 2 hours for potentially nothing. My husband and I treated it like a road trip, he had last Friday off of work 😂.

Okay perfect, my husband is off tomorrow so we will be doing the same 😊  we will spend the day in Denver and make the best of it if i get turned away haha!
