Biometrics done today, patiently waited till the place cleared out so I could go early as a walk in. Let the long, long wait commence! 😒

Congrats! I'm going to do the long wait on Wednesday. Although, I have a feeling my application support centre isn't going to be very busy (middle of no-where kind of location).

Mine was busy, in Los Angeles. The reception urged me to not wait around as they were “fully booked” for the whole day. But one hour later it had cleared out and they were forced to see me! Ha ha ha.

Got my NOA1 notices for I-485 and I-767 (employment authorization) on June 24th.

Biometrics letter on June 28th. Scheduled for July 8th, 2019

when does the SSN letter come in? also, when does these NOA1 status change.. meaning.. when i search USCIS case status.. it still shows the same NOA1 info but nothing new? Pending/In progress/Approved/Rejected etc..

Did you request your SSN with the I485 documents or did you go to the SS Office?

The status on EAD/AP won't change for months until they are approved or cancelled (if AOS happens first). They stay on "Case Received".

The AOS status may change to "Fingerprint fee Received" but sometimes it doesn't. Later it can also change to "Case is Ready to be Scheduled..." and "Interview was Scheduled" but the last two will be months from now when your local office is ready for your interview.

That was very quick, congrats. SSN will come around the same time as EAD. On the USCIS website it says:

"You should receive your SSN card no later than 7 business days after you receive your EAD from USCIS."

Thank you

No worries!

If you applied for the SSN with the forms, then as mentioned earlier, you'll be receiving it after you get your EAD. If you went to the office, you'll get it in 2-4 weeks.
