LOL after our interview, I also had the same thought about staying in San Diego until we've finished ROC, but the housing prices are killing us. We were looking for a new place, and so many places were around $1,600 just for a 1-bd apartment!

My rent is $1320 in Santee. But I know a lot of people don’t like East county. Housing prices are really out of hand right now :(

Congratulations to you all who have had your GC! 🎉

Finally, 4 months after they received my RFE response, I got my interview letter today. The interview date is Jan 21, 2020 at Atlanta office. EAD and AP case status is still "case was received" though.

Has anyone (June filler) from Atlanta had their interview yet?

Congratulations! That's promising for us. It's been 4 months since we responded to our RFE too and no updates ~ hopefully we will get some news soon!

We haven't heard anything. We have 2 inquiries and I contacted the Obudsman too with no response from either.

I haven't either but if they have started responding to some with RFEs maybe we should here something soon as well.My inquiry was sent yesterday by the senator.I think it takes about a month to hear back

Our interview is tomorrow at 12:45! We're so nervous, but are reasonably sure we have everything we need. The printer will be glad for the break!

It was about birth certificate. They asked me the translation of my BC. I sent bilingual version of it which was accepted well by the embassy when I apply K1 visa. Some of people I know they got the same RFE ahout birth certificate.

I hope you hear soon from them!

My case just changed to "New card is being produced" for my EAD! I'm happy to get some good news before the end of the year. Time will fly much faster now that I can work while waiting for my interview!

I hope that everyone who hasn't got an update yet on their case will get approved soon as well!

congratulations
