Anyone with RFE receive EAD approval this week?
my congressman said they requested an expedite but I’ve had no case status change and no up dates and it’s been well over one week. So depressing!

We are still waiting too. We've had no updates on our inquiry status either. The rep I talked to last told me that how long it takes for your EAD depends on how long it took you to send the RFE information back in. Once they send the notice for RFE, it "pauses" everything and once you send in the response, everything starts back up but will end up being delayed because of the "pause".

Ugh, so worried this would happen. How long after the EAD came did it take you to get the AP approval?

Paperclips Ok For AOS Interview?

Hi all,

We have our AOS Interview on Wednesday. I'm sorting all of the different pieces of documentation and thought to hold them together using paperclips. Does anyone know whether they allow metallic paperclips into the offices? I'd hate to have to remove everything at the last second. Thanks!

I’m using sheet protectors to separate my documents. They’re very affordable too. I’m not sure if you can Use paper clips and such that’s why I avoided them.

EAD Approved without RFE!! That took 6 months. shout out to all NY people out there... they didnt forget about us.

I've been dying to start working again but since it's the holiday season and might take couple weeks for the card to arrive (hopefully no MIA or typo), so i'll wait till the new year to get back on the work force... still, lots of weight off my mind.

Just wanted to share my experience in change address with USCIS!

Recently I had to change my address from PO box to my apartment address on USCIS website on November 26th.

It said I would be able to reply from them by December 2nd and I could see them approved my request on December 3rd.

Today I checked the mailbox at my apartment and got a letter from USCIS saying my new address is successfully on their system.

I didn’t know USCIS would send a letter for this request and process it quickly.

Also my interview is tomorrow at 11 am in Tucson office, Arizona. Yay!

already finished gathering supporting documents and evidences for the interview.

I’ve read some reviews about Tucson office and almost everyone who had their interview there said their interview went so great and the interview officers were really kind and nice.

Hope everyone here getting good news soon and good luck on your interviews!
