I had to redo my medical because I opted out of getting vaccines during the first one. 

 

The DR here explained to me that sometimes the medical package is lost, the ds3025 isn't filled out correctly, or some vaccines are missing. He also mentioned that it wasn't uncommon to get a courtesy letter requesting the i693. Some people are getting post interview rfes because of that.

We submitted their DS-3025 forms and to the best of our knowledge, they are complete and nothing is missing. I hate to spend $800-$900 on something we don’t need. The doctors I called are quoting between $435 to $800 per I-693 form

Hi Friends,

 

We filed my AOS along with I-765 and I-131 on May 30th and it's been 5 months 19 days since then.

 

The last update was "Ready to schedule for an interview" on October 9 which is more than a month back.

 

We also placed a request to expedite our I-765 and send the documents more than a month back but no update on that too.

 

Our field office is Denver, CO. On VJ, I saw people with similar timeline as ours and some who filed in June either already completing their interview or at least having an interview date which is nearing and we still neither have an EAD nor an interview date. Its getting frustrating now. I get their weird thoughts that they have lost our documents or doing it purposely.

 

Whenever we call them they just give us the update that on the website. We also talked to the tier 2 officer but still no use. 

 

I wanna ask for suggestions on what are the options that I can try to investigate on my case status.

We were approved!!! IO only asked dates of birth and places of birth and confirmed 2nd marriage for us both. Asked the security questions from section 8 of the I-485 and if we hadn’t offered wouldn’t have asked for more evidence. He didn’t really need anything from us and had clearly made his mind up before we got there.

Ugh, I paid $220 and the vaccine was through insurance.  My medical here was even cheaper than the one I got for the k1.

Ours quoted $100 for an I-693. We're going to do it this afternoon.
