Wow!!!!! Congratulations!

That gives me some hope....

Mine has been "case ready to be scheduled....." for all this while.

And I realised you had your bio Appointment 2 weeks before me.

I've always been praying for Joyousinger to get some updates so that at least I know something is on the horizon...

New Jersey moves so slow than it eats every energy out of you.

Congratulations once again & also to everyone making progress on here.

Stay blessed.

Pfffttt don’t even mention New Jersey, I’m right here too and nothing, I mean nothing, is happening.

If you think NJ or anywhere up

north is slow , check on Texas (especially Houston ). I have a truck load of popcorn to enjoy the waiting game show for my interview to be scheduled like everyone else here.😎

Lol! I’ll bring the drinks, you bring popcorn.

I think the inconsistency in the whole concept of immigration processing is the worst.

Thank you! Until this morning, I've been so stressed with nothing happening at all. I started to imagine everything that could possible be wrong. I seem to have passed by the "case ready to be scheduled" status and went right to "Interviewed was Scheduled". The online updates are so unreliable. It's possible you'll get your letter in the mail before you know anything else has happened.  Best of luck! I'll follow you so I can keep updated on your progress!

It seemed like that for us, too, until this morning. I'm following you and waiting to hear about your progress. Best of luck!!!

A text and email came at 5:00 this morning. I didn't expect it in the wee hours on a Sunday but this is what I saw! Don't despair of the weekends, guys! It can happen anytime!

Congrats! :)

so when my fiance (now wife) completed her dr. visit for K1 visa, she got CD copy and dr mentioned.. dont need to share this with Embassy or interview.

and post interview, she got the sealed packet along with her passport.

at port of entry, the officer removed the seal.. took all the paperwork including medical inside the packet and said, these will be sent to NVC and for your I-485 interivew.

on 31st, Oct, we had our her interview. officer said he doesnt see any medical records or info in his system, he made some phone calls and looked into various applications on his computer and said he couldnt find it

gave us 2 options

1. wait for him and USCIS to track the packet

2. get RFE and get re-examined at USCIS approved doctor and mail it back to the field office for approval.

@Srinath06 Thank you for the info. Trying not to freak out that this is going to happen to us. I guess there would be no way to prepare for this/check in advance? Weird that this would happen at a POE like LAX as I'm sure they get a lot of people entering on K1s.

Did you figure it out? Did you get your GC yet?
