Did you expedite? Or received confirmation it is already in production?

Basing only on VJ’s timeline. I am also waiting for interview schedule in the mail.

Priority date: June 10

Expedited EAD on 24th of Sept

initially faxed evidence on 30th of Sept( But it wasn’t confirmed after calling call center several times)

faxed evidence again on October 4 and it was received and also assigned to Officer on October 7.

Then status changed to Card Being Produced on October 11.

I-485 still on interview scheduled since August.

by God’s grace we will all celebrate at the end.

Wishing y’all the very best...

Update on my EAD - I had an employment offer and submitted a request to expedite my process on 10/2. Two days later (10/4) I got a notification requesting to fax supporting evidence for my case. On 10/11 my status changed to “expedite request approved” and today my status is “card/document production”.

I’m sharing this because I was hesitant to request to expedite my EAD. However, based on other comments here, it seems like requests like this are approved when they are supported by an employment offer and a solid cover letter detailing how not taking a job results on a severe financial loss.

Good luck everyone and I really hope we start seeing EADs getting approved!

What kind of job you applied for ..if u dnt mind telling pls

Applied for job on indeed and my expedition was based on the urgent medical condition of my wife. Didn’t submit job offer letter but I included the company name that offered me a job in my detailed cover letter.

Same with me! I’m a little over a month now. I called twice and both times said to wait 60 days. What was your RFE about? Mine was for BC (I sent it in the package but they were asking for it again)

Birth certificate ~ my husband is from South Korea and they have 2 they are supposed to submit and I made the mistake of only sending one 🤦 ~ this waiting is frustrating

Hi everyone! I just found this thread, and I'm a June 2019 AOS filer as well. :) I had my biometrics appointment in July, but I'm still waiting for my EAD (and my I-485 status is "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview"). Has anyone from Seattle received their EAD? Thanks!
