I have the feeling they will mail you the GC without an interview , but let us know the outcome of your call please!

Oh i wish so haha

Well i called and they told me that it's some misunderstanding between Uscis and their service centers. Also they said don't worry just wait for when they will schedule an interview

EAD processing times have moved further by a  month again... 5.5 to 7.5 months now 😓

Try not to use those wait times as a guide! My EAD/AP card is being delivered today. Yours is coming soon too :). I stopped checking after the first 2 months because it is so stressful looking at those wait times fluctuate.

Congrats! 😊😊

Yeah, I’m gonna stop putting any hopes on anything anymore as it’s really depressing being let down.My husband is being super encouraging and remains hopeful but I’m tired.  I’m just disappointed as we really wanted to travel to my country for Christmas and flights have become ridiculously expensive, and we can’t book anything before I have the AP in hand. So probably have to scrap that idea completely and go sometime next year.

I'm so sorry about you not being able to go home for Christmas, and it's totally understandable how you are feeling down about this! Hang in there ❤️ next Christmas is going to be a great one.

Edit: Also, thank you!

Thank you, that’s very sweet of you 😊 My nephew, who I last saw when he was 3 months old, is now almost 2 years which is why it’s extra hard to be stuck here but at the same time, I know what I signed up for so I’m trying not to get bitter about it.

Hi guys, I woke up to a new status on my EAD finally - New Card Is Being Produced!

I decided to submit an expedite request over the phone yesterday .I guess that gave them a nudge to see to my case .I also mailed and faxed my evidence after the call but I guess the call was enough. See the screenshot I attached here.

Good luck to others waiting for similar update .

I had my biometric over a month ago, EAD and AOS still says fingerprint review was completed it's so frustrating. I'm tempted to send an expedited request for EAD because my parents are in need for money at home. But Idk if that is enough proof 😔

We had his interview yesterday and the lady said approved. She said we could expect his green card to come in about two weeks. She asked hardly any questions, didn't ask for much evidence and seemed to have already made her mind up about us before we even got in there. In case anyone was wondering about the public charge thing that the courts intervened on (but i know people were still worried about it since public charge is broad and they technically can ask anything they want regardless of the courts etc) we do not have health insurance and she never asked for it. She never even asked for my tax stuff or employment stuff. Im a good amount over poverty level for my area that may be why.

Congratulations!!

It's been 100 and something days since my fingerprint review was completed. Hang in there
