Does anyone have any experience, where neither the USCIS or NVC have any information on my petition?

We received our NOA2 1st of may, and now the 27th of June NVC have still not received It yet, nor does USCIS have any information if they actually sent it or not, and they are telling us to just wait, since they say it can take up to 90 days for NVC to receive it.

We have send an inquiry to NVC Research but haven't heard anything except, we are looking into it and when calling, they just tell us to wait and that they are looking in to it.

Does anybody have any experience being though something like this?

I just received an email from NVC, with my Case Number and Invoice ID Number. We received USCIS petition approval letter on the 25th of June 2019, case was sent to NVC on the 4th of July 2019 and email from NVC, today the 27th of July 2019. It was much faster than I expected. How long does it actually take before my NVC account is activated?

You need to call the NVC and ask for a supervisor, they are allowed 6 weeks to get your petition into the system and get you a case number. I had a similar NOA 2 and I got my case number in 3 weeks. I think my constant calling had influence over them getting me a number...

Thank you for your help.

So we have been talking to a supervisor at NVC, but all they are telling is to wait and that they are currently working on it with the USCIS.

The thing is that NVC haven't even received the petition yet, and USCIS can't tell if they sent it out or not.

Call the USCIS, they will have a receipt or confirmation number of sending it to the NVC. You might be able to use that to help the NVC to find the petition. Believe me, sometimes you catch the right person on the phone at the USCIS and NVC.

If you could cause you spouse to be in the US a few weeks or a month sooner, would you do it? Try to get some answers from these people...

So we have been calling USCIS 4 times, and they keep saying that they can't give us a confirmation number or date it was sent, because they don't register it, or at this point they have no system that tells them they send it or where it is.

Which is weird, because I have heard from several people on VJ that they can get a date or get an online notification that the petition was sent to the NVC.

My wife called two times today, and first of all they were super rude, and then when asked to speak to a tier 2, they transferred her call, but then it hung up on her.

After I received the notification for the NOA2, I never heard anything until I got the case number issued. I tried contacting NVC and they just said the same, to wait. Back then, I received my case number 55 days after the NOA2!

I see that your service center is Nebraska (like mine) and they are known for being absolutely the worst and slowest possible on everything, including forwarding your case to NVC...

There's no much you can do until the deadlines given are reached (in the case, up to 90 days). I'm sure there's nothing wrong and you will hear from them soon ^^
