It's absurd how they can loose our petition, and then it taking so long and still no case number..

As of 17-June-2019 we are reviewing documents submitted to us on 18-May-2019. 

 

They have been insaaaanely slow recently

That is not right I think I saw some who submitted after that date got CC as of last week.

Yea i know, I think their estimate is like for worst case scenario of dates, generally speaking, even though a couple of people are approved quickly.

Usually that estimate on the website goes back up to 3 weeks, but this time is a month

hopefully not gonna take over a month as it says on their website. I've resubmitted since the 20th and has been escalated to a supervisor review for a week but they still haven't touched my case....

We had to wait exactly 8 weeks after NVC received our petition to be able to ''escalate'' the problem to a manager. We got our case number the next day. (So it was not lost, they just didn't do their job)

I just spoke with the NVC and they said things are slowing down. She didn't think my case would be touched until next week, which is my three week normal processing. She stated it could even be after that.... 

 

The NVC and USCIS is all a great big mystery! Hopefully those supervisors will crack the whip and get some case completes for us.

Damn, did they say why they are so slow now? So frustrating... I have been trying to call all the time since yesterday, but no luck for them to even be picked up yet
