OK, yes I still have to pay IV fee but AOS fee say paid and im able to submit docs. Unfortunately I am unable to pay fee, I think the site is giving problems, it says account locked. I'll probably try later...

Also under where I have you start to submit civil docs after completing DS 260 it shows "N/A" im confused???

The payment has been processed and show as paid so it's mean we can start working on filling the forms and uploading everything!

U need to wait till Monday and call NVC...did u upload AOS docs r those also show N/A..if so your case might be email or Mail only...very rear cases r email/Mail...call exactly around 9:00 Monday to avoid being on phone for hours..

Here's what it shows ⬇️ as well as I was instructed to use CEAC in their email.

Oh..no no no..when that IV fees shows Paid and U have submitted the IV application..then civil docs will come to life...till then let them sleep...just like NVC employees...lol..

Just wait until Monday and see, I had the same problem and when I check the next day it was showing upload instead of N/a

I received case number on Friday and paid both fees. Now waiting for it to get cleared.

its been more than 8 weeks now. I sent several NVC inquires with notice of approval but got the same answer that they dont have my case yet.

I called USCIS they said wait for 90 days.

Then i put service request case outside normal processing time.

Yesterday i tried to call USCIS because i was so frustrated i asked the the representative on phone if they transferred my case to NVC or not?

She said yes we did on june 12th.

i asked for confirmation number she said i just have the date no conf. number. That was a big relief for me. Last night i also got an email from NVC that they contacted USCIS and my case is on its way and NVC will contact me for further instructions.

so i guess they take 8 weeks max to transfer your file to NVC.

Submitted June 5th here. Hoping NVC gives us the case complete this week. It should be this week or early next week...
