I submitted all documents through ceac online but when i check through my status it gives me this msg. Is it normal or i have to send the documents via mail. Nvc states that i have to do through ceac when i got my case no

Some people have to submit by mail. Whats your country code?

My country is nepal and when i got case no they described i have to do ceac ptocess to submit document

I checked my case status here and I got the same response, I got worried so I sent them an inquiry asking if they received my docs...😟

I think we don’t have to they clearly said on case no email we don’t accept by mail. I will wait 2 weeks and then call nvc a

If you've been asked to upload everything online via the email from NVC, then that's what you do. Upload all documents and hit submit. Wait around 2-3 weeks to get a response. If it's a DQ aka Documentarily Qualified email, your case is complete. The status will continue to show the same even if you submit online. It'll only change once you have received the DQ email. At that point it'll say 'AT NVC'.

Hi all I just received case and invoice id for my son CR2, my husband is both our petitioner, however upon logging in to CEAC I notice  AOS fee is already saying paid and I am able to start uploading financial support docs.... is it that the AOS fee is changed once?

Nopee. Its for each petition you hv to pay
