Hi,

 

I tried to search throughout the forum but I wasn’t able to find anything. 

 

Does someone know if there was some topic on this forum about expediting process at NVC so I can read more how it looks?

It's been officially 8 weeks since NVC received our petition (but still no case number) so we called again today, just to hear say that they escalate the problem to a manager, and that it will take up to 6 weeks to hear back from them... 😡

USCIS approved the petition on the 25th of March, case was sent on the 3rd of April and NVC received the case on the 16th of April.

Something sound wrong there. NVC received my case on May 23rd and I got a case # last Monday. You should call back and request to speak with a supervisor.

I know something is wrong, we already called 3 times before today but they said they could do something only after 8 weeks. Which is today, and that's why my husband talked to them for nearly one hour today, unfortunately the only thing they said is that now they can escalate to a manager and that process could take up to 6 weeks. He asked to talked to a manager but they refused it. He asked what will happen in 6 weeks if they haven't figure what's wrong and they could not even answer that... 

 

I'm really tired of waiting! During USCIS period, I was happy to come to the forum to get hopes but now that I see all the case number coming through and ours being who knows where... But unfortunately there is nothing to do except waiting. 🙁

hello I'm new to this site asking for some advise :D  how long did you have to wait to get interview date.. i rcvd my cc on 2019-04-22 and still waiting. category IR1 and priority date 2016-11-23..
