Hi,

I have paid the fees and just after that status of the payments was “in-process”. After one hour it changed back and it looks like I can pay again - status is “pay now”. Is it normal or I should try again?

The samething happened for me too i paid twice and it changed from in process to paid and then pay now. We realized later that may be we were entering some details wrong and we have just paid again yesterday and waiting for an update. Hopefully it should work this time fingers crossed

we also called nvc and they said its a unique thing for them and they cant say anything as the payment didnt go through from bank so they said try again and if the samething happens take screenshot and drop mail to nvc

so u can re check ur account details and try again if it doesnt work send mail to nvc

I want to know one thing if anyone is aware, what I understand is if its been two years you are married you get a permanent greencard otherwise its a conditional. So that 2 years tick depends on ur interview date or your date of entry in US ? My case is at nvc and i will complete 2years marriage next year march so I am not sure how it works

Gracias querida!!! Why you don’t call NVC to see what’s going on. You’ve 3 weeks already waiting for a interview. I’m not scared it’s my country and as long as I remember it has been like that and you have to take care of you self if you are that know, you know what I mean. Pero naaa thank goddess I’m documenting qualify know I’m desperate for a interview 🥺

It will be one month of waiting for the interview letter in just 8 days. I'm so anxious.

And yeah, you're right the country had always been not the safest place, but what's happening in Punta Cana is the scariest thing because you can't really protect yourself there with what's happening there. Pero nah, pedirle a Dios que este proceso se acabe pronto ya. We need to move on with our lives. lol
