@DamelaI haven't received any weird emails from NVC, but I think today we're going to have to forget about it. It's Corpus Christi in D.R., the embassy is closed. I really do not understand what's going on with these ILs.

Hello All,

 

Just wanted to give you an update for the interview which was done Yesterday Jun 20th in Mumbai embassy for my wife. VISA APPROVED!

Everything went really well and interview lasted mints. 

 

Questions asked: 

1- how did you met your husband.

2- what does he do?

3- how much time were spent together

4- went on any trips

5- hows the marriage held and how many ppl were invited.

6-  love marriage or arrange.

7- where does he live.

all pictures of wedding and trips were seen by officer along with all the required documents.

 

Wanna thanks to this forum which has helped me in tremendous way to get through this and all the members who i have interacted and have answered the questions to my queries i appreciated a lot.

Finally spoke with someone else. I even left work early to do it! All they said was something like im in line for an interview and they don't have a time frame. I asked them different questions and they kept responding with the same thing. I really dont know what to think this is super weird.

It was email sent out an email for interview date 10 days after the CC. Did not received the letter in physical mail if that what your asking, we printed out the email letter.

Just wanted to share that Please take all your marriage prof and certificate. There was one Girl CR1 did not  bring her mrg prof not sure was a legit or not but she got rejected coz no evidence of mrg certificate issued by government and prof of mrg.

I just got of the phone with them a bit ago. I spoke to eve who was very nice. I asked her if the interviews for July were closed for my embassy? She said that for the most part the scheduling of interviews is complete for July. When I told her how long we had been waiting she stated we could file to expedite... 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m wondering if mental distress, anger issues and anxiety over this process would be a good reason.🙄
