Ghana says 5 weeks but unfortunately we’ve passed that mark

Hi! Is 5 weeks the max waiting time for your embassy? In my category, it’s 1-3 months for Montreal 😐

I just hope May CCs will get their ILs soon. Mine is June and not expecting to make the cut for this batch but if no July interview for May CCs, then longer wait for me. I did read somewhere that summer, fall to early winter for Montreal embassy it’s expected to have a longer wait time. 😑

Most of the people are not on VJ or have not updated their timeline. In May, it was just me and your hubby with interview on VJ but on the day of interview i realized there were a lot of other people coming for IV interview and i think on the day of your hubby's interview there were a lot more.  The process is just not predictable. For our passports i just can't think of any good reason they will hold it for this long. I hope we get pick up messages this evening or tommorow

It says that on that site however as you know a lot of statistics is average verses what’s factual . I’m aware sometimes CC to interview date received take longer . I’m just surprised it’s taking this long especially for an applicant whom applied 14 months ago

It looks more like an NVC issue. Spoke to US consulate India helpline. According to them, they can't help unless the case has moved out of NVC.  When I asked about the current wait times the lady asked me to refer to this link.

http://cdn.ustraveldocs.com/in/in-iv-waittimeinfo.asp#overview

NVC says they are waiting on the embassy. Embassy says they are waiting on NVC. Such a confusing time, and nothing move for anyone.VERY FUSTRATING
