Yes.. i was so happy to finally get to this stage, thinking it would go fast but its jus not moving im trying to be patient. Just praying and trying to see the light at the end.

I do not believe that for a second. Although not everyone is on visa journey, statistically speaking at least one of us should have been informed. If non immigrant visa's were handed out last month on the 2nd and this month on the 7th. We can assume that they are delayed by 5 days. Which means we should hear something by tomorrow the 14th. There is also someone that has had a CC on May 1st.  I am also going to call and ask if anyone else is waiting for Mumbai embassy please call them and ask them as well. Post your response on here so we can see the variation in answers.

I've tried to call several times and it kicks me off after the ivr states they're busy. Is there a way to get around that to get into the queue?
