3weeks and my husband is an Ir1.. I'm calling NVC today . Good luck.

Depends on the embassy. A little over a month seems to be the norm for the India embassy.

filed over 13 months ago . Constant wait , I called NVC as well

Just got off the phone with the NVC. They wouldn't tell me about El Salvador specifically but she did confirm that they have started scheduling July interviews 😁

Paid AOS Bill: 7/29/2014

Sent AOS Packet: 7/29/2014

<<TOOK UNSCHEDULED BREAK FROM FILING FROM INABILITY TO GET MINOR'S PASSPORT, During this time IV bill was generated and a checklist for AOS was generated and addressed>>

No interview scheduled at this time however July interviews are being scheduled. Unfortunately it’s hard to get anyone to really take a look at the case , I always get general answers

In my case (I was expedited) the CEAC tracking changed to “in transit” once our expedite was approved and a day later it changed to “ready” once we got the email from the consulate in Rio de Janeiro to schedule our own interview.

It changes after NVC sends out the interview letter.
