Thank you for your prayers I just hope it doesn’t interfere with an interview date . I called NVC yesterday evening and they said if I’m in line for an interview date that date will since be scheduled even w/ pending expedite results however what I hope doesn’t happen is my expedite request is approved , my NVC date is cancelled and in the end my interview date will be longer directly from Ghana embassy however everything I do in regards to my marriage is with good intention so i’ll pray and just hope for the best .

Best wishes tomorrow

I will keep you and your husband in my prayers

Absolutely! This is definitely keeping us all patience! Something i never had 😂. God’s will will ALWAYS be done. And thank you for your prayers we need as much as we can get ❤️

Hi everyone,

I'm still awaiting on my Case Complete!

Checking my CEAC, this thread and travel.state.gov website what feels like every hour

How long did it take for you guys to get CC after submitting everything?

I submitted it all May 13th

Good luck!

I sent in documents and was accepted within 12 days NVC requested my w2 and I submitted that day and another 12 days to get CC . I always say if things are in order it’s on average 12-14 days

Since it has been over 3 weeks since you submitted have you called the NVC to get your case escalated to a supervisor?

Wow, I wonder why mine is taking so long.

I haven't called NVC because from what I've heard it seems as though it's pretty much impossible to get a hold of them and I doubt they will be a lot of help

I have been religiously checking the date they give you here:

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/collect-and-submit-forms-and-documents-to-the-nvc/step-6-submit-documents-to-the-nvc.html

and they are still processing documents submitted May 7th so at least I'm pretty sure they haven't forgotten about me or anything.

Is the date they give you usually accurate?

Did anyone else watch this and find they got CC at the same time the date changed?

Dont rely on the date there. On the website they say give them 3wks to review but based on fellow VJers timelines, average  two wks for first submission. Some are lucky they get it in a day. If it’s a resubmitted document, expect 3wks or more but if you are lucky like I said, you get an update same day or nxt.

Since you already reached 3wks, call them to make sure. It’s almost an hour or more waiting time to get a hold of someone but keep trying.

I got CC Monday and I REsubmitted May 8.

Hopefully you get an update any time today or tomorrow but try calling now as soon as they open.

Good luck and pray you get it all right the first time! 🙏🏽 Rfes are nightmare lol!

I resubmitted May 17, called nvc and was told I should get my c.f. by June 7th. Of which I got it on 3rd.

Don’t even bother with following those dates.

Do call the NVC to have it escalated to a supervisor. If you call right at 9am when they open the wait time is less than 15 minutes.

I think I’ve been feeling really impulsive due to what happened with my husband and I’m trying to remain humble with the whole situation but truth is I’m disgusted, I sent in my husband April 2018 and it’s June 2019 and we are still “ waiting “ . Damn near everyone in my category May 2018 filers have moved on , spouses have arrived in the US and here we are just stuck .

it will soon pass ... just hang in there.....

If you are a citizen or Greencard holder (in some cases) you can apply. If you need assistance let me know. It's not like the private sector application process.

The NVC uses contractors but there are thousands of federal jobs out there. Some are located outside the USA if that's your interest.

I know it was a joke about how they just get paid and chill... But you just don't know how true that is.

lol lol I guess that last sentence will make history in VJ. "they just get paid and chill"

My husband's interview is Friday in Santo Domingo. I'm sleep deprived, anxious, nervous...every feeling you can think of.  The anxiousness will not stop until you hear, "Approved!" we wait and wait to get to this point thinking we will feel better but the last stage might be the hardest to be honest. congratulations to all those approved and received IL and it's coming to those waiting! Trust that it is on the way!!!(L)

I know its a crazy feeling, this is going to be crazy for me myself special how I have to get interview. I wont mind my husband instead me that way I will not feel sick few days before the interview. I know once I get it and I see time running, my heart just beat fast and faster, I does feel weak and weaker and I started feel sick lol
