please be careful drug addict men they do not know what they are doing you should not have lived in this abuse, try to move in safe place until you solve this problem May God be with you...

If this is your second arrest. Do not go to court without a lawyer.  If you have the money get a lawyer that  can help with the charge but one that will know the immigration aspects of the charge

you can call the police department and they will escort you to get your personal belongings. he can not keep them from you.

11/7/2019      Interview- Norfolk

11/10/2019    APPROVED (notification rec'd 11/10, approval dated 11/8)

DONE FOR TWO YEARS!!! ;)

 

Filed everything ourselves with no RFE's or delays.

 

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

4/4/20     Mailed packet

4/12/20   NOA1 rec'd

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

Thanks for your  answers, I was planing to go there tomorrow morning with officer, but that paper (camera on)  confused me, I think I should call them and go there today, and later on figure out how to get the rest.

Sounds like it's time to file for a divorce.  Get a good divorce attorney.  He/she should be able to get you some money from your abusive husband, or you could use any joint bank accounts that you have access to while you  look for another job.  Another option would be to look up resources in your local area for women who are abused and need temporary financial support while going through a divorce.  So sorry this happened to you, and I wish you all the best!
