Some NOA-2's are released really fast, others are not.

Thinking back to our case last year, we waited 5 months for the NOA-2, because the IMBRA thing kicked in with no implementation plan from USCIS. Although I was not affected by the requirements, we waited along with everyone else.

Just be a little bit patient, you will get your NOA-2 soon.

But you're Vermont.. A lot of April filers have got their NOA2 already

Have you tried calling?

You might have been approved and not know it yet.

The website has been not so consistent lately..

I'm supposedly still pending online but I have my NOA2 in my hand@!!!!

I may try to call tomorrow Liz. Haven't had a touch since 5/9 so i'm not too optimistic for a surprise in the snail mail, but I guess it's possible. VSC was so fast at RFE responses for so long, it's odd.

you should.. a lot of ppl this month didn't get their noa2... (mail or email or on the internet)

ok, this is weird, I did the RFE line trick and nobody was there. but before nooone answered I got a automated message that said something like"we sent you a request for evidence" however, the USCIS online information still says that they received my RFE on May 4th and last touched on May 9th........any thoughts on that one?

So I got a hold of VSC, lady double checked my case there, said it was on someones desk, and I should expect something in the next week or two. Pretty nice lady.....I was very courteous, maybe she'll tip of the person on my case
