I have the info first hand from the immigrations in Detroit.Yes we can come to US and apply from there.

So what did Immigration advise you to do? How/on what visa would you be able to enter (with immigration intent) and be able to adjust your status?

you mentioned that you have gone to the US a few times, with no problems.. so why are you needing to apply for a I-601 waiver?

Vaccinations are mandatory.. not optional.

I have been in US because my husband is in US.I only stay less then 90 days, but we wanna stay together, its hard to live separated .

You can file the immigration papers while you are in the US, but you can not stay and adjust status.  You have to complete the process in your country.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I am also very intrigued by the ‘first hand information from Immigration’ no less.. I hope we will hear how OP was advised

That info is as solid as the info you must have gotten first hand about vaccinations. 🙄

To enter the US on a visa waiver with the intent to stay permanently is visa fraud.

You’re batting 1000 on great choices for your children.  👍

You can file the papers from anywhere. You cannot enter with intent to stay. Whoever told you otherwise either was wrong or didn’t understand your intentions. Do a quick search for INA 212(a)(7)(A). It can lead to an expedited deportation at POE, adding a considerable cost and wait to a process that is already too long.

re: waiver

A waiver is technically possible. It’s very difficult to obtain. As for the details on how to get it, it would be unethical to aid you IMO. Those who are most vulnerable and I see regularly don’t deserve to be put at an increased risk.

Thank you

I hope that immigration lawyer also advises OP to be absolutely truthful. That is when immigration officers on airport ask her for the purpose of her trip, she must say that she intents to remain in the US and file for AoS. And also that her kids are bringing in diseases.  Totally gotta mention that!

Im sorry I read all ur mocking comments, but this one is insane really.I have to ask- how exactly my "kids are bringing in diseases" if they have never been even ill? And I don't understand people like you- why would you even worry if your children are vaccinated (aren't they suppose to be protected) hmm..Not to vaccinate is my choice as for your kids is yours, and I'm totally ok with waterer u decide its good for them. You can inject them as many times as you like, if that makes you happy. And btw I'm not vaccinated as child but what a surprise - Im a live.

Stay happy and healthy Mrs.
