i was wondering did anyone receive their paperwork back after their interview. my husband was giving back his I 864 back along with all the documents it asked for and also everything that we were asked for on the DS-230. i contacted a lawyer and she wanted a copy of the I-130 but the only problem is that i didn't make copies of all my paperwork before sending it. my last comment i posted i'm sorry if i offended anyone. i just simply mean that i'm not of mexican nationality and i just don't see myself moving over there because my mom and sisters are here and it's bad for my daughter to miss one person but for her to miss so many, that would be horrible.

Only paperwork given back to us was Affidavit of Support, every thing else is in the sealed brown envelope that is turned over to the officer at the POE.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Roxcee, I assume they returned everything to you because you will need those things (probably some of them updated) down the road when he reapplies for his visa after the ban. Did you save a copy of the I-130 form you filled out online?

(always always always keep two sets of copies of everything!)
