In my case they never asked me for final divorce decree wish you a good luck hope for good and one more thing my online status Never updated just last time it was updated March 5, 2018 my local office received my case after that January 20  2021 uscis receive correspondence that’s my lawyer sent them form Which my lawyer can represent me llegally. actually when I call them on 11th of March and I asked them that after my interview I did not receive anything or any online update. Even the representative on call she wasn’t aware that I already had my interview on fab 17 so never rely on online status

So if you didnt recieve anything how you know you got denied? Did they explain you why? They are obligated to explain why

In fact if they never asked you for divorce decree are you even sure they switched you to divorce weiver i751???? You might be denied if i751 was kept joint at the time of your interview

U dont Need to have final divorce decree once you file for divorce you should go ahead and file your i 751 that’s exactly what I did in August 2017 I filed for divorce and file for the move-in condition on my green card my hearing was February 2018 and luckily I got a divorce on my first court date and my divorce finalized in May because after when the Court final you a divorce they gave you three months. Maybe couple get along again if in three months they don’t get along You get your final divorce decree

Well when we filed we filed a joint I-751 n it’s been pending since May 2019.  We been going bk n forth with virtual court dates... buts it’s settled now n I think it’s gonna be a month til I get the decree according to my lawyer.

After interview that I had and grilling that I had I had a hard time feeling that I am a human being...she was questioning me for 1h and 45minutes, seemed upset that I am actually getting the dates right and actually giving her answers...overall whatever happens one story that will leave traces on my mind

I never file jointly I 751 I filed divorce waiver and they never asked me for my final divorce

Seems very weird brother, divorce decree is a crucial document to get i751 divorce waiver approved, did you at least try to send it to them on your own while you were waiting? Does they even have that on file?

No its not actually in my finding divorce decree should included not myst be included

Incorrect.  You can file it with a divorce still pending, but it will not be issued unless the final decree of dissolution is submitted.   USCIS issues RFEs for this all the time.

What happens if Uscis don’t issue rfe for that and he never submitted? They denied him, that’s appealable by my understanding

If they incorrectly denied it, an appeal can be requested.   USCIS isn't required to issue an RFE for incomplete applications though.  That's on the applicant.

But even if that mistake is on client that means he can refile quick i751 again and include decree in and potentially get approved on a second try, to my understanding they never got in touch with divorce decree and most likely exactly that is the reason for denial
