hi everyone ..

AOS I-864 has anyone include birth certificate and passport biographic data for proof of u.s citizen.

No. When the petitioner submits I-130, he/she sends the proof of US citizenship with it. Therefore, it is no longer needed when the petitioner submits I-864.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

YuAndDan,

AOS as in Affidavit of Support I-864, as opposed to Affidavit of Support I-134, not Adjustment of Status.

The post belongs where it is, the NVC is where the affidavit of support gets submitted for an immigrant visa.
