Oh no I’m sorry to hear this!! I just sent mine in this morning via usps and this makes me nervous. Did u just send it in a priority envelope? I was a bit hesitant to send it that way but I did. I really hope mine aren’t damaged.

I did send it in a priority envelop with tracking.  The tracking all looked normal, showed as delivered, etc. which I think it was so sad when I saw the big USCIS envelope in my mailbox and the mangled envelope was inside!  I'm attaching the picture so you can see how it came back to me! I really do think it was a fluke.  It looks like it got wet and opened up, maybe it got dropped?...I'm thinking (hoping) that's why the check was missing. Otherwise it's a little creepy!

Hopefully I absorbed all the USPS bad luck for the time being - don't be worried many people on this thread sent via USPS with no issues!

My second attempt at an application got delivered today through UPS, so now my waiting for NOA1 starts over!

They received our packet June 20 but haven't received any kind of notice, even email. Should I be worried or not?

I say no! It seems like for many people the text/email comes after about 5 business days, so with the weekend I think you should not be worried yet!!! Stay positive!

Holy moly USCIS wasn’t kidding when they said it was delivered damaged. That’s so unfortunate and incredibly frustrating I’m sure. Hope your new package arrives safely! (As I’m sure it will)

Oh my gosh! That’s terrible, so sorry to hear. I’ll cry if it happens to me. I paid $85 to ship it from NZ, and who knows if they could even ship it back here.

I hope smooth sailing for you from here on out!! ❤️

Manila US Embassy states that a scanned copy of the signed I-134 is fine, if you don't have the original.

Thank you for the links. I've been reading a lot about the process and preparing myself as well. The ones you posted are good addition. It's so hard not to be anxious. Thanks for keeping the positivity in this forum.

Any update? Seems like payment is being processed rather quickly. Did you also do credit card? If it’s check maybe they wait to cash them all at one time

Hello June Filers I am currently preparing my I-129F with the help of another VJ member I should have my package ready to be sent out in less than a week I am excited to start this process.

Don't forget to sign the application.  And make a copy of the I-129 for yourself, so you don't drive yourself crazy wondering if you left something blank.  :-)
