Well...

I called yesterday...The lady I spoke to took my information and then put me on hold for about 4 minutes.  When she returned she said our case is showing it was approved October 18.  We did not receive any notices, text emails or otherwise.  I have accounts on both USCIS websites that still say "Case Received".

At this point I am cautiously optimistic that it was indeed approved and will wait to see if anything shows up in the mail.

Hard to get too excited when there is such a possibility that the information I was given is incorrect. Read too many horror stories here to believe anything until I have that document in hand.

Documents in hand is a sure way of being confident something has been completed or an attempt will be made to correct something. I commend your approach.

Having said that, it's not unusual for any of the government agency's to keep up with their communication. The only one that you can trust is CEAC.

Congratulations!  It seems like we have the same NOA1 date, hopefully we will hear something back soon

Congrats @Ela S.

I THINK I am approved too!! The "old" site says our approval date is October 24th.  The new website is not updated. No text or email.  I won't feel at ease until we get a letter, but I'm feeling much better now! It has to mean SOMETHING that it's updated in one spot, right?!

Got our NOA2!! October 24th

NOA1 June 28th

Got notified on the app. Old and new website updated as well. No text or email though.

It’s crazy because I reunited with my fiancé TODAY in Scotland!! It hits so much different when you can celebrate it in person with your significant other.

Really hoping for everyone else to get their NOA2 soon. Hang in there 💓

Congrats! What app are you using? And for the old site are you referring to the uscis site?

Yes! I’m sure we’re definitely approved. But you’re right! Need to have the letter in hand to be 200% sure about it

I-Tunes

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/lawfully-case-tracker/id1435063223

Android

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.spinachsoftware.immigration.uscis.casestatus&hl=en

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=xiaohui.usciscasechecker

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.robertmm.usciscasestatus

Old site (also the data source for all 'USCIS case tracker' apps): https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

Newhttps://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ (you have to create an account and add your case # to it)

Neither is more reliable (and it's very possible you won't see anything on either, and will have to just wait for the physical mail). For a while it looked like they were phasing out the "old" site, but that trend seems to have reversed itself and there are still lots of cases that show up on only one (or much earlier on one than the other).

We can't opine on which is more accurate. Your mileage may vary.

Whether it's the new or old website, text or email when you get the NOA2 in the mail then that's your final confirmation. BUT, if one says your approved I think they understand that is a bonafide approval and you should too. Congratulations.

Now move over to Oct NOA2 to NVC and down load the PDF file from the first post in the thread. These are things that you will appreciate having for the next steps.
