28/29/30 right? yeah... Is anyone in any of the K-1 facebook groups? Maybe there are people there with a NOA1 in either of the days mentioned that have already gotten approved...

My fiancé calls every friday morning to ask and they always say our case is still within normal processing times 5-7 months

we got the NOA 1 on June 25

Advice from someone working inside the US Gov't it's possible (depending on the agent and the person answering the phones)  that every phone call is putting your case lower on the priority list. It's not supposed to work that way, but there are some really petty people who work in the government

woah seriously??? I called yesterday and the agent said she would submit an inquiry on my case and gave me a reference/confirmation number. Do you think that affected my case or anyone elses case for that matter?

My fiancé calls every Friday, this is the third time... Hopefully, whoever he talked/talks to isn't like this... 😢

Before everyone starts freaking out about what I said, it would require both the customer service rep (the person answering the phone), and then the agent handling your case being really pretty. The likelihood of this is incredibly low. Like cubs winning the world series low

I really doubt it affected your case

Random question....when logging into the "new" site, does everyone have to login twice and enter two text verification codes? Or is that just me?

I log in, it sends me a code, I enter it, it boots me back and tells me to log in again, sends me a second code, and then it works. Very annoying : (

I'm sure I'll get right over it the moment I stop seeing "received"!!!!

In my case, I only log in once and it sends a code and it goes through. I stopped checking it though. 🤣

I dont think you can.  I'm pretty sure it tracks when uscis sends it to Nvc but outside of that its snail mail.  Someone said to wait a month after noa2 and if nothing yet call to get your case number so that you can at least get the ds 160 done . Medical depending on embassy cant get scheduled without the p3 packet . For london embassy it's more of a letter that gets emailed you print it and take it in . My fiancee is currently getting his police certificates and all the million passport images he needs for the process. Getting his immunizations record and medical report summary so that when its go time its bam bam done

Call 603-334-0700. If you hear a dial tone before the recording you have gotten through. If it goes straight to recording,  hang up, try again. Select 7 to wait on hold. I was on hold for 1 hour. My NOA2 approval was June 12th, and they were able to give me my NVC number.

We will reach 4 months next week!

Notice that people with the same NOA1 receipt date haven't got their NOA2 yet, but not sure whether they forgot to update their timelines.

Not sure whether calling USCIS again will help?

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks
