Anyone with a 06/28 NOA1 got Approved/RFE yet? I’m already in my estimated approval date range (I know we shouldn’t rely on that estimation at all) but I’m starting to lose patience now :( I’ve been doing pretty well so far...

Neither of us have a criminal history or even parking tickets. We are super curious about what embassy . He lived in northern Ireland so technically the UK however the London embassy is really far. There is a embassy in Dublin for Irish citizens I wonder if they will make him go to London since hes a UK citizen or if they will allow him to go to closest Embassy .

Northern Ireland is UK. Your embassy is London. There is no choice to do Dublin instead.

Enjoy the 2 plane rides to London for medical and interview! :D

Unless that's changed in the last 3 weeks, that's not correct. All UK citizens can only do medicals at Knightsbridge in London. USCIS has nothing to do with your case after NOA2. If you're a NI/UK citizen you cannot do your medical in Dublin. Your papers from the embassy will explain this as well.

Never mind I misread it . That was for green card medical inside US . Hes gonna be mad lol

You wont need a medical in the US if you do your AOS within a year of your medical. Your medical in London is used as long as you got all your vaccines.

Thank you! I will keep checking on the forum because I wanna see you guys all get approved!

When you call you press whatever you need to (1 I think) to check your case status then you pretend you don’t have your case number each time it asks and at some point it will directly put you on the phone with someone.

Didn’t get anything! We got a text for Noa1 but this time NOTHING. I just checked on the app (tracker) and then double check on the CHECK CASE STATUS website and triple check through the account haha!

WE GOT APPROVED!!!

Noa1: June 20th

Probably a big coincidence but I did call USCIS... they told me that my case was still “received” and that’s all... a few hours after BOOM approved.

Very happy for you!!

Congratulations to everyone, who received their NOA2! We re also still waiting patiently. I saw someone on fb with my exact same NOA1 date, who got approved last week. I visited my fiancé last week, for only one week, but it was such a great time. I did not experience any problems with entering the states, for anyone wondering. No questions regarding the k1 visa were asked, just the usual questions. As off today we are not expecting the visa too soon. We have talked about the whole process, and I’m pretty sure it’ll take a little bit, I was hoping to be there in February, my fiancé thinks it’ll be April next year. We will see. I wish we would know what to expect, it would just be so much nicer to know when to expect the NOA2, as others have written before on this thread. Im trying not to be too Anxious about the situation. I’m  sure that everyone on here is going to be fine! Good luck and a happy weekend!

Good to hear some stories about people who went to visit while having a pending K-1!

I can’t wait to read about all the next approvals!!!
